The external audit and assurance services include:
- Audits of financial statements, and reviews of interim financial information
- Audits of internal control over financial reporting (ICR)
- Agreed-upon procedures
- Other attest related services.
We are seeking to recruit experienced associates and senior associates to be part of our External Audit department. The candidate should be capable of:
- Demonstrating ability to plan and supervise engagements and people along with ensuring deliverables.
- Meet work plan specifications and deadlines.
- Working on the design of the approach to audits in accordance with Russell Bedford Audit Guide.
- Identifying accounting and auditing issues.
- Perform research to solve issues that arise.
- Assisting clients in resolving complex accounting issues that may arise in relation to their financial statements and ensure adequate documentation to support audit opinions expressed.
- Overseeing the completion and wrap up of audit files.
- Interacting with clients to discuss field audit issues; and.
- Providing recommendations for improved controls and enhanced business efficiency.
