- Recognize the overall market - competitor's strengths and weaknesses, economic trends etc. and how to sell against them.
- Work and communicate with store manager to ensure sales efforts are coordinated.
- Transfer accurate, complete, and timely information to stores in accordance with brand standards.
- Leading & Motivating team of Promoters for the sales of Mobile Handsets and other accessories.
- Responsible for increase in sales of Mobiles.
- Checking proper stock in outlet as per company norms.
- Focus on Growth & De growth of outlet.
- Verify daily attendance of staff.
- Taking route training of promoters/ salesmen as per the training models given by HO.
- Coordination with the Distributor team for the availability of proper stock in stores as per stock norms.
- Assisting to recruit & identify best staff to be hired.
