Position Summary:
Interprets drawing and blueprints. Provides direction and instruction to subordinate in the fabrication of Training aids and devices, directs operational maintenance of assigned equipment.
Major Functions:
- Ensure work orders are completed in time and inform Supervisor and customer of the status.
- Familiar with the safe handling of wood treatment chemicals and instruct subordinate the same.
- Instruct subordinate in the safe operation of power tools and pneumatic tools.
- Conduct monthly inventory of tools and submit replenishment request as required.
- Ensure all material and equipment is available to support the packing & crating operation.
- Provides direction and instruction to subordinate in the fabrication of Training aids and devices, directs operational maintenance of assigned equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
