Role:
- Acts as both the salesperson for the agency and as the client's representative within the agency.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Understand the customer's demands, plan how to meet these demands Through market research & observing.
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients.
- Interact and coordinate with other staff members in other departments working on the same account to assure deliver the Service matching Clients Expectation within the deadline.
- Supervise Project life cycle from A-Z
- Ensure project delivery as per high standards
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
