The Restaurant Supervisor will be resposible for the following duties:
-Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.
-Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements.
-Control inventories of food, and equipment, order and replenish the daily needed materials and report shortages to designated personnel.
-Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
-Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.
-Recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety.
-Perform personnel actions, such as providing employee orientation and training, and conducting supervisory activities, such as creating work schedules or organizing employee time sheets.
-Perform daily closing report of the POS and count the cash in the cashbox.
-Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift.
-Daily report to the owner about the working day.
