The core mandate is to deliver six executive events within the first six months – roughly one per month – each designed to attract qualified customers, external industry speakers, technology partners, and C-level executives while generating measurable sales opportunities. This is a commercially accountable role: success is measured by the quality of prospects engaged, the sales conversations created, and the pipeline each event produces – not simply by events delivered. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage a rolling six-month Saudi Arabia event calendar. • Organize executive roundtables, innovation forums, workshops, and customer dinners. • Select event themes in collaboration with the Sales and Practice teams. • Recruit customer speakers, external experts, technology partners, and Royal Cyber executives. • Build account-specific invitation lists in partnership with Business Development Managers (BDMs). • Manage the full event lifecycle: invitations, registrations, reminders, venues, vendors, and on-site logistics. • Secure active participation from technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, and Databricks. • Drive strong attendance from qualified target accounts and senior decision-makers. • Coordinate presentations, demonstrations, speaker preparation, and event materials. • Capture every attendee and engagement accurately in the CRM. • Ensure Sales follow-up occurs within 48 hours of each event. • Produce post-event summaries, photography, video, interviews, and social content. • Report on meetings booked, opportunities created, and pipeline/revenue influenced by each event.
