Responsibilities: • Production Management: Oversee daily mass- cooking schedules, batch- cooking output, and precise recipe scaling to fulfill wholesale or multi- unit demands. • Quality & Consistency Control: Conduct regular food taste tests, check portion controls, and inspect finished products before dispatching them to various branches. • Staff Supervision & Training: Lead large kitchen crews, assign daily tasks, and run safety or operational orientations for new staff. • Inventory & Logistics: Monitor bulk ingredient stock levels, manage waste reduction, log expiration dates, and coordinate dispatches. • Strong knowledge for Arabic Cuisine. • Proficient in English & Arabic. • Can join immediately Qualifications: • Experience: 3 to 5 years of back- of- house commercial cooking, with at least 1 to 3 years in a kitchen management or high- volume supervisory role. • Education: A diploma or certificate in culinary arts, food science, or hospitality management or extensive experience. • Certifications: Food safety and hygiene certification • Skills: Strong leadership, operational planning, high- stress problem- solving, and strict mathematical proficiency for scaling recipes and managing food costs.
