Trading Division Manager – Industrial Solutions Mina Abdullah Industrial Area – Kuwait. The Role We're expanding and looking for an experienced leader to establish and guide our new Trading Division. You'll focus on industrial equipment, Oil & Gas , pipes & fittings, lifting equipment, spare parts, chemicals, specialized tools, and hardware, building the division's foundation and driving its growth. Key Responsibilities • Build division operations from the ground up • Drive government and Oil & Gas sector tenders • Lead procurement strategy and supplier negotiations • Secure manufacturer agencies and manage key relationships • Scale the business with focus on efficiency and results What You Bring • 8+ years of trading experience in Kuwait, within industrial or Oil & Gas sectors • Strong procurement background and confident negotiation skills • Proven success in tender submissions and a solid network of clients/manufacturers • Track record of securing agencies for equipment, tools, or chemicals • Ability to lead independently and deliver with minimal supervision Ready to Build Something Meaningful?
