They ensure each seat maintains ergonomic contours and secure fastening, enhancing both appearance and functionality. The technician may also install heated seat elements, massage systems, or branded embroidery depending on customer specifications. This role requires expertise in textile handling, upholstery techniques, and seat construction. Attention to detail, craftsmanship, and an eye for design are key. The technician plays a vital role in delivering high- quality, comfortable, and durable seating solutions across passenger, commercial, and luxury vehicles.
