Summary: We are seeking experienced Concrete Form Carpenters to support the preparation of concrete foundations and structures for our RIG Preparation Project. This role involves the construction and installation of concrete forms, footings, pads, and other structural elements critical to the setup and support of drilling and rig equipment. Candidates must have experience in heavy industrial or oil & gas construction environments and be familiar with working under strict safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. • Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood or metal formwork for concrete pours (foundations, slabs, equipment pads, etc.). • Build forms for concrete structures used in rig foundations, pipe racks, anchor blocks, and containment areas. • Erect bracing and scaffolding to ensure formwork stability. • Place and secure embedded items such as anchor bolts, sleeves, and inserts. • Coordinate with rebar workers and concrete finishers during pour preparation. • Strip and dismantle forms once concrete has cured to specification. • Ensure all work is in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. • Use hand and power tools including saws, drills, levels, and nail guns. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. • Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades as needed. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a carpenter or similar trade. • Strong understanding of woodworking materials and construction methods. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiar with rig site operations and related structural requirements. • Good physical condition and manual dexterity. • Vocational training, apprenticeship, or relevant certification is a plus. Working Conditions: • Work performed in workshops, construction sites, or residential/commercial spaces. • May require lifting heavy materials and working at heights. • Flexible to work overtime or weekends if required.
