Job Title: HSE Officer (Steel Structure Workshop) I Job Type: Full- Time Location: (West Shuaiba Industrial Area) About the Role: Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the company's health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures at the project sites. Ensure the safe and environmentally responsible execution of the company's operations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's HSE performance. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and monitor site- specific HSE plans and procedures • Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits • Organize toolbox sessions on the factory floor for safety awareness • Provide HSE training to site personnel • Investigate incidents and implement corrective measures • Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) • Prepare HSE reports (weekly, monthly, checklists, and meeting minutes) • Monitor environmental compliance (waste management, pollution control, etc.) • Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders on HSE matters • Participate in post- project reviews and update best practices General Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field • NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certification is a must • Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in HSE roles within a construction, manufacturing, or industrial environment • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk assessment procedures • Experience in conducting HSE audits and incident investigations • Excellent communication and training skills Send Your latest CV and portfolio to our email: Candidates who do not meet the above qualifications and job requirements will not be considered.
