The ideal candidate will have 2- 3 years of experience in chocolate making or a related field, along with a passion for confectionery and a keen eye for detail. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and melt chocolate, ensuring optimal temperature and consistency for molding and coating. - Create and experiment with new chocolate recipes and flavors. - Operate and maintain chocolate- making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards. - Pour, mold, and decorate chocolates according to company specifications. - Monitor production processes to maintain quality control and consistency in products. - Collaborate with the team on product development and seasonal offerings. - Assist in packaging and labeling finished products for distribution. - Keep up- to- date with industry trends and techniques to enhance product offerings.
