We are looking for a Busser to support the restaurant and café team by maintaining cleanliness, resetting tables quickly, and assisting waiters and baristas to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth into service roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables quickly after customers leave.
- Wipe down tables, chairs, and serving stations to maintain cleanliness.
- Transfer dirty dishes and glassware to the dishwashing area.
- Refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages as needed.
- Keep dining areas, service stations, and entryways tidy and well-stocked.
- Perform light cleaning tasks such as sweeping and emptying trash.
- After training: assist in food and drink running and respond to basic customer needs (without taking orders).
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurants or cafés.
- Must hold a transferable Article 18 residency in Kuwait.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and customer service standards.
- Willingness to undergo training for light customer interaction and food running.
