Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Verifying the Shipment Documents as per Customs Rules & Regulations.
- Preparing Customs declaration form in the Customs System (Microclear).
- Following up with clients for shipping and company documents
- Following up with the shipping lines / agents for vessels arrival ETA.
- Ensuring that ministries’ approvals are obtained for all the shipments.
- Handling the custom duty and Global charges payments.
- Preparing monthly reports.
- Reporting directly to the Customs Broker
