The Senior Architect plays a pivotal role in the design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring that they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills to guide a team of architects and designers in delivering high-quality work. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing various phases of the project lifecycle, from conceptual design through to construction administration, while also collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure their vision is realized.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Develop and present architectural concepts and designs to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for project submissions.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate best practices into design solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design ideas and project updates.
- Ensure adherence to sustainability practices and standards in all architectural designs.

- Proven experience in leading architectural projects with a strong portfolio of completed work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
