- Develop and submit business proposals in response to RFPs and RFIs in a timely manner.
- Drive proposal development by reading SOWs and coordinating requirements with other departments to ensure compliance with customer needs.
- Prepare proposals and quotations according to established procedures and management guidelines.
- Organize and attend bid review meetings, ensuring that winning strategies are clearly conveyed in submissions.
- Handle administrative tasks to support the overall proposal process, ensuring alignment with management strategy.
- Draft and review contractual agreements between the company and clients.
- Identify innovative methods to enhance the efficiency of the proposal process.
- Analyze RFP scope of work and apply appropriate financial and mathematical methods to meet requirements.
- Gather information and format each proposal according to client guidelines.
- Enhance the RFP and proposal response process to improve the win rate.
- Lead ongoing proposal meetings to address queries and share information, ensuring clear communication of winning strategies.
- Assess contractor performance to identify the need for contract amendments.
- Meet deadlines by prioritizing responsibilities and balancing workload effectively
