The Cashier position in Kuwait is a vital role within the catering and food service industry, responsible for managing transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about menu items.
5. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
6. Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
7. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
8. Promote special offers and upsell menu items to enhance sales.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling.
10. Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Strong customer service orientation.
2. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
3. Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
4. Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
5. Team player with a positive attitude.
6. Detail-oriented and organized.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
8. Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
9. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
10. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
