Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical wiring and control systems.
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards and safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system functionality and efficiency.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC/R systems.
- Repair or replace defective parts, wiring, and controls.
- Test systems to ensure proper operation after repairs.
- Upgrade existing HVAC/R systems with new controls and components to improve efficiency and performance.
- Retrofit older systems with modern controls and energy-saving technologies.
- Maintain detailed records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to supervisors and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain system issues and proposed solutions.
- Provide professional and courteous service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients on system operation and maintenance best practices.
- Perform any related duties as needed or assigned to ensure overall operational efficiency.
