Responsibilities :
1. Set up, implement and monitor HSE management system in project sites.
2. Develop procedures of various activities inline with client safety procedures.
3. Review of risk assessments, hazard analysis and method statements of various construction activities.
4. Impart safety training to the employees.
5. Monitor Tool box meetings and stand down meetings.
6. Participate in weekly HSE meetings with the clients and weekly HSE forums with the owners.
7. Initiate, investigate and report of accidents/incidents.
8. Organizing evacuation drills.
9. Maintain records and safety statistics.
10. Advise project management on safety matters.
11. Organize and participate in safety awareness programs.
12. Participate in safety audits.
13. Provide periodical HSE performance statistics report.
14. Performance evaluation of the subordinates.
15. HSE evaluation of employees.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.
