Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement a competitive compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives and supports the attraction and retention of top talent.
Performance-Based Rewards: Design and manage performance-based rewards programs, such as bonuses, incentives, and merit-based salary adjustments, to recognize and reward high-performing employees.
Employee Benefits Management: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of the workforce.
Job Evaluation and Salary Benchmarking: Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to establish fair and competitive salary structures across different job roles and levels.
Compliance and Regulation: Stay informed about labor laws, tax regulations, and industry standards to ensure the rewards programs remain compliant and up-to-date.
Budgeting and Cost Analysis: Develop and manage the rewards budget, regularly analyzing costs and effectiveness to make data-driven decisions.
