We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Supervisor to join our team. As the Operations Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all orders and make sure all orders are delivered on time and Coordinate with drivers
- Monitor and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain quality standards.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing stock to minimize wastage and ensure product availability.
- Staff Scheduling: Assist in creating and managing staff schedules to optimize productivity and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among staff.
