· Staff should listen well to the patient to ensure that he/she understand the patient's need exactly.
· Staff should to follow insurance cases, complete on line registration for required medical services, extension inform patient with his/ her insurance company last update.
· Staff should to complete Billing process for cash patients, give them copy from the invoice
· After billing the patient should sign any document related to his insurance company and for cash and insurance patient give them copy from the invoice.
· Staff should check approval conditions before discharge time at least 30 minutes, explain approval details, if there is any rejected codes or items, accommodation stay not included in packages, for insured patients, review all services before close the bill.
· Collect payment for rejected codes, prosthesis, items before discharge.
