The position bears the responsibility of delivering daily and spontaneous assistance to the company employees concerning all matters related to HR operations. It operates as a liaison officer between the company employees and the Group HR function, ensuring the perpetuation of consistent two-way communication.
Functional Responsibilities
- Create and implement training plan.
- Create and implement succession plan.
- Update all JDs
- Follow-up with KPIs results (Periodically)
- Actively engage in the management of daily employee relations and oversee HR operations.
- Address and resolve intricate employee relations matters.
- Serve as a pivotal link between the company employees and the Group HR function, facilitating consistent two-way communication.
- Manage diverse requests from employees, encompassing concerns related to grievances, leaves and attendance, performance evaluations, training, permissions, and disciplinary measures.
- Execute the onboarding procedures for new hires, which includes provisioning equipment, stationary, and access cards.
- Participate in the assessment and oversight of training programs to ensure their effectiveness, following up to confirm the attainment of training objectives.
- Coordinate the logistical requisites for in-house employee training and events.
- Contribute to the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new hires, subsequently monitoring their performance during the probationary period.
- Ensure the timely renewal and maintenance of employees' residencies, as well as manage the fulfilment of visa requirements.
- Offer HR counsel to line management as needed.
- Organize HR-centric events such as birthdays, recreational hours, and farewells.
- Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies.
- Address and find resolutions for intricate employee relations challenges and attend to grievances.

- Execute endorsed departmental policies, procedures, and processes, with the intention of achieving consistent and controlled task execution, while upholding the delivery of exemplary service.
- Guarantee the judicious utilization of all pertinent resources, with the objective of minimizing wastage and extraneous expenditures.
Contribute insights and perspectives to enhance the streamlining of processes, thereby fostering heightened efficiency and advancements throughout the organization.
Office Based role with normal working conditions and normal physical effort. Does not require international travel.
