Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Marketing:
- Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.
- Create and manage online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) and social media ads.
- Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to enhance online visibility and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve the online shopping experience.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
- Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, stories, and visuals.
- Build and grow a loyal social media community.
- Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Email Marketing:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales.
- Create and design email newsletters and promotional materials.
- Monitor email marketing performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, website traffic, and social media engagement.
- Use data insights to make informed marketing decisions and improve strategies.
- Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry and market trends.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
