Position Summary: You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. You will leverage your experience, creativity, and networking skills to drive hirings through innovative methods such as webinars, seminars, and other recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and understand the specific staffing requirements for different industries and positions.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, webinars, and seminars, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, screenings, and interviews to ensure alignment with job requirements and company values.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, including scheduling, feedback collection, and communication with candidates.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging recruitment content for webinars, seminars, and other events.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the progress of recruitment efforts, candidate pipelines, and potential challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure a competitive edge.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
