Role Profile:
\[ Responsible for various supply planning processes from forecasting, ordering, and receiving and collaboration with suppliers and internal team to ensure optimal availability.
\[ Generates Pipeline forecast and shares with suppliers on scheduled basis
\[ Generates PO and ASN and follow-up with supplier for shipment updates
\[ Liaise with Procurement and Regional team for supplier performance
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
\[ Review demand forecast coming up with supply plan
\[ Ensure supply plan are generated as per agreed timelines which incorporates current and accurate information that allows suppliers with appropriate information to plan future supply and fulfil ordering process
\[ Evaluate and monitor supply fulfilment accuracy periodically to identify problematic areas and take corrective actions to maintain availability at target levels.
\[ Partnership with demand planning, procurement, and regional teams to ensure we are leveraging the best options for warehouse managed products.
\[ Timely reporting and cascading of insights to all stakeholders.
\[ Develop skills to leverage supply planning tools to improve availability at Distribution centers
People
\[ Take responsibility for own and teams jobs and goals.
\[ Ownership & accountability for own performance and development
Knowledge and Qualifications:
\[ 2-3 years experience in Supply Chain or similar, preferably in the food industry will be a bonus.
\[ Experience in Forecasting and Demand Planning process / systems would be a good plus.
\[ Advanced Excel Skills, PowerPoints and MS Teams is a must
\[ Power BI and MS Power Apps will be a bonus.
\[ Should have analytical skills to extract key Insights that are viewed by Line managers and other stake holders
\[ Works good with people, from own teams or external teams and able to influence others through effective communication
Skills:
\[ Highly organized and able to prioritize goals.
\[ Eager to learn and acquire new knowledge in the Demand and Supply Planning area
\[ Ability to think logically and take decisions based on situational assessments.
\[ Strong negotiating skills and impeccable attention to detail
\[ Problem solving skills with an intention to simplify complex supply chain challenges
