Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and increase revenue
- Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and advertising
- Create engaging content for our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotions and events that align with business objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, including email marketing, social media, and advertising
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing engaging content
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
