A. Overview:
- Highly skilled and experienced Team Lead with expertise in .NET technologies, solution architecture, strong design and leadership skills, and experience in retail solutions, with a preferred experience in fuel retail solutions.
- Responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies.
- Work closely with the project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the software development process runs smoothly and efficiently.
B. Accountabilities:
- Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions using .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and design software solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and coding standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, including code reviews and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring that software solutions are aligned with business needs and expectations.
- Work with the project team to ensure that software development processes are followed and project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
