Marketing Plans:
· Prepare the annual marketing plan in agreement with the General Manager including online/ offline campaigns, events, photo-shoots, etc.
· Prepare and follow up the annual marketing budget in agreement with the General Manager and the Finance Manager
· Oversee the implementation of the marketing plan by the marketing team.
· Prepare and supervise the implementation of marketing plans aimed at boosting specific salon and spa services.
· Manager relations with external agencies to ensure they are implementing the agreed marketing plans.
· Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
· Innovate the consumer experience across all salon touch-points with a strong focus on trial and service.
Team Management:
· Guide the day-to-day activities of marketing team.
· Manage and develop the marketing department's staff.
Brand Ownership:
· Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
· Oversee and approve marketing material online and offline.
· Drive the creation of salon assets (imagery, communication, photoshoots, etc.) with the marketing team and external agencies.
Market Trends and Understanding:
· Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors and adjust the marketing plans to stay competitive.
· Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
· Attend conferences, exhibitions and different events where required.
Reporting:
· Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
· Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Other:
· Suggest training plans on product knowledge, service skills & selling techniques on special areas when needed.
· Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- · Other than the above mentioned, all further required tasks by the Marketing Director & General Manager.
