Customer Relationship Mgt. Supervisor is responsible for creating policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience. The CRM Supervisor gather(s) feedback from their customers, study other customer relationship programs and analyze customer data to identify the best practices. The Customer Relationship Supervisor must establish policies the entire staff can adhere to so all customers receive the same quality of service.
- Provide technical support and training to customers who use the company’s product.
- Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
- Build, manage & develop strong client relationship.
- Taking the full responsibility for the preservation and development of our customers.
- Provides day-to-day leadership to ensure a high performance, customer service-oriented work environment that supports achieving the Department’s and the District’s mission, objectives and values.
- Being the trusted partner for the customers.
- Prioritize, assign, evaluate and supervise the work of all Customer Relationship Executives; Provides coaching and guidance for performance improvement and development; directs and oversees the training of new executives
- Working closely with the customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
- Handling and resolving customer requests and complaints.
- Assumes difficult and specialized customer relation situations, involving upset and dissatisfied customers and requiring sensitivity and sound judgment; (takes action to resolve complaints where appropriate, including waiving of delinquency charges and security deposits and agreement on long-term payment plans; receives and responds to correspondence and telephone calls, providing information and handling issues, request and complaints).
