Job Purpose
Research, analyze, evaluate, and administer the Al Babtain Group’s Total Rewards programs – including compensation, benefits, retirement, and other monetary and non-monetary rewards and recognition programs.
Accountabilities
- Develop Compensation & Rewards tactics and direct the design, implementation, and communication of commission schemes (STIs & LTIs) and management compensation plans across the Group.
- Design market-relevant compensation structures ensuring competitive pay.
- Monitor the effectiveness of compensation & benefits programs and recommend modifications to reduce costs and improve delivery.
- Analyze the overtime expense efficiency and recommend modifications to maximize effectiveness and realize the cost.
- Provide direction while ensuring the deployment of Al Babtain Group’s total rewards programs, including bonus payments, annual salary review/merit increases process, salary structures, variable pay, and other incentive programs to ensure alignment with the company's goals, initiatives, and budget.
- Design and implement Group-wide level functional pay ranges, ensuring internal and external equity.
- Support the annual salary review process by analyzing market data and assessing the competitiveness of the Group’s programs and salary scale(benchmarking).
- Analyze the overtime expense efficiency and recommend modifications to maximize effectiveness and monitor the cost.
- Build job descriptions by conducting job analysis to identify requirements and responsibilities.
- Conduct job evaluation to establish unified criteria for job classification.
- Oversee the job evaluation process for all positions, including designing the job evaluation plan
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, the Payroll team, the Finance team, and HR, and maintain strong and supportive relationships in all departments to offer and receive assistance where necessary.
