- Keep the HR system and activities under constant review to ensure high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as the main of point contact for all employee relations issues.
- Provide counseling, guidance, and coaching for employees, helping them handle difficulties and diffusing situations
- Reviews payroll to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies; verifies payment.
- Reviews monthly overtime reports
- Assists Manager-HR in preparing departmental budgetary forecasts, updating & reviewing HR policies and procedures, Compensation and benefits, and Employee Handbook.
- Draft and maintain physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, change of status letters.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, timely, and cost-effective recruitment and selection process.
- Coordinate handover of new employees to relevant HR team members
- Supervise the process of updating internal databases with new hire information.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and contacting candidates as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by the department.
- Conduct orientations for new hires.
- Supervise the process of issuing air tickets and hotel bookings for employees
- Assist in the payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Attends meetings as required.
