- Align digital and social media plans with the concerned parties.
- Liaise and monitor the work of the external digital media agency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop, plan & implement digital marketing campaigns to build & enhance product brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and optimize user experiences to support business growth.
- Coordinating with social media influencers and plan for the entire year plan and suggesting best options.
- Managing brand’s websites and track performance, the conversion rate for improvement, including SEO/SEM.
- Increase website traffic and maximize social media followers, SOV, and SOE with relevant content.
- Identify trends and analyze social media insights to optimize spending and performance to guide future social media campaigns.
- Monitor customer inquiries and complaints on social media, assuring that communication is carried out according to company regulations and handled effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Utilize all technical resources, plan and control related budgets, build reporting systems to measure ROI on various platforms and relevant expenses.
- Follow-up on agency’s inquiries, plans, and executions, including submission of relevant reports on time and accurately.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners on digital media plans and initiatives.
- Effectively manage the delivery of digital solutions, identifying priorities and understanding their interdependencies and resource requirements.
- Comprehensive post-campaign media and performance analysis monthly (Best performing platforms – Key Learnings – Conversions
