Job Purpose:
Supports business needs for IT Solutions requirements to executives and delivery IT Projects based on business plan.
Job Responsibility :
- Support business needs for IT solutions requirements.
- Execute & Deliver IT projects based on business plan.
- Maintains, updates, or creates systems,
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate
- Administers user accounts
- Develops and tests user documentation
