GM Snr. Secretary – Action Group Holdings Jobs in Kuwait
– Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
– Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments – Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
– File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners
– Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
– Make travel arrangements – Document expenses and hand in reports
– Undertake occasional receptionist duties
‘- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
‘-Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
‘-Performing minor accounting duties
‘-Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
‘-Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
‘-Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
‘-Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
