Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing Marketing Strategies & Tactics for ATL, BTL, Outdoor, Social Media &
Digital.
Liaising with the Media Agencies & Partner’s in briefing, developing & executing Marketing
Strategies & tactics to enhance brand awareness & growing our customer base for both Stores & E-
commerce.
Generating brand awareness in schools, corporate sectors & charity institutions through tie-up
events, product demonstrations & sponsorship programs. Managed design and development &
production of Fantasy World Mascot ambassador, Freddy Wonderman and promoting the Mascot at
all event participations.
Look at Digital mediums & how to grow customer retention & acquisitions
Look at new software which can be integrated into our ERP & E-commerce platforms to support
future growth.
Conduct periodical Market Survey’s & keep track of competitor’s & their Marketing Activities.
Monitor showroom Marketing communications and advise Retail Operations for improvements.
Manage Monthly Meetings on behalf of the Marketing Department.
Assisting sales and marketing management with advertising materials and communications media to
symbolize effectively the services and products of the company to customers.
Managing layouts and designing of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event
support materials, research papers, and brochures.
Coordinating & managing distributor based retail brand promotions & events and ensuring the event
is conducted as per organization standards. Liaison with distribution from planning till execution
stage.
Liaise with Market Research agency in conducting research in understanding customer shopping
experience & satisfaction levels
Supporting cross-functional team by pricing direction, new product launch strategies and product
positioning.
Developing direct programs related to malls & third-party partners and monitoring results of the
campaign’s and ensure success levels at conclusion.
