To provide comprehensive HR services to designated Company business areas and employees thereby contributing to their overall performance.
- Sourcing and screening of junior level employees.
- Scheduling Candidates for Interviews.
- On boarding of locally hired candidates.
- Processing Employee Leaves (Annual, sick etc.)
- Contribute Annual Performance Appraisal administration.
- Cover for Roles of other teammates when on leave.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Maintain employee records in the filing system.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Contribute on calculating End of services & Leaves on time.
- Collecting daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
- Maintain tracks & Reports.
- Issue salary & experience certificates when needed.
- Multiple Admin & HR tasks as required by Manager.
