• Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employees’ salaries, promotions or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and overtime, address changes, and other information.
• Ensures proper completion of the payroll process.
• Reconciles payroll to the payroll report generated from system with the monthly bank statements.
• Preparation of all employee final settlement and follow ups as required.
• Assist in building compensation structure & benefits as required.
• Help employees in understanding the benefits and importance of the HR module in the system and guide them with applying their leaves, uploading their certificates and reviewing their monthly pay slips.
• Regular filing and archiving of payroll information.
• Multiple Admin & HR tasks as required by Manager.
Performs other duties as assigned.
