· Greet all incoming parents/ visitors and direct them to the relevant staff.
· Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, taking notes if required and forward calls to appropriate staff.
· Ensure the front desk and reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
· Raising any visible threats / safety concerns with supervisor / security immediately.
· Take accurate minutes of meetings.
· Provide secretarial / administrative duties for EY Department.
· Translate documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
· Prepare letters, memos, reports for the department using MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power point.
· Coordinate for any programs / trips / events in the department.
Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients.
