- Review the designs and interfere to enhance over all look and feel to enhance customers experience in the Mall.
- Coordinate with different departments in each property to facilitate the investor’s work during fitout period.
- Ensure shops/projects assigned are opened on the scheduled date stated in the Investor Agreement (IA) and to established Tamdeen Group standards.
- Ensure all stages within the fit-out project are completed ensuring successful handover of units.
- Review and approve tenants’ designs and ensure it is complying with Mall Design guidelines.
- Perform as direct point of contact for investors and their design professionals, consultants, and shop fitters throughout the fit-out project.
- Review and approve the fit-out project timeline schedule prepared & submitted by the Investor/Shop fitter.
- Lead the process of the design by expediting all shop drawings and approvals in coordination with the design unit.
- Ensure all required Authorities (Municipality & Fire Department) inspections are performed through the investor/shop fitter and all related documents are submitted on time (KFD, trade license, health license, etc.).
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
