Responsibilities:
· Educating customers about chocolate and unique collections
· Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards
of service
· Contribute to team effort to work towards established sales
goals
· Creating a welcoming and friendly environment
· Achieve and exceed sales target with high level of
responsibility and a positive attitude
· Creating gift packaging presentations for our products
· Stocking sales counters and maintaining a profession display
of our product
· Perform cashier duties
· Actively maintain floor awareness while serving customers to
minimize loss and theft
· Assist in inventory movements and store merchandising
· Keeping the store clean and tidy at all times
· Any other retail operations as-hoc duties.
