1- Ensures that project staff are paid accurately, on time and in accordance with the appropriate employment agreement, legislation and its policy
2- Ensures that quality payroll/HR and financial information is available for use by the business by providing accurate, up to date information as requested in a timely manner
3- Build key relationships with internal customers and stakeholders
4- Carry out robust payroll audit checks
5-Manage complex payroll queries across the business
6- Contribute to the improvement and development of the Payroll system to ensure benefits of technologies are maximized
7. Assist with the planning and delivery of project timelines
8Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations in respect of the payroll project
