· Line management responsibility for all Operations and Maintenance personnel. Control of engineers, supervisors and plant operators.
· Responsible for uninterrupted operation of the oil, gas and produced water facility and shall work in day shift as well as "on call" basis whenever required for continual operation.
· Responsible for safe and productive operation of the Facilities.
· Responsible for managing a team to deliver safe, optimal and environmentally sound operations.
· Shall perform the O&M works, in a prudent, reasonable, and efficient manner.
· Responsible for following the client approved standard operating procedures.
· Maintaining operational relationship with the Client.
· Shall ensure sufficient stock availability of consumables and utilities at facility.
· Shall ensure adequate availability of resources for operations and maintenance.
· Shall use all efforts to optimize the useful life of the facility.
· Responsible to verify the log books, records and reports that are maintained by the concerned as per Client requirement.
· Prioritize and mitigate the risks associated with Operations and Maintenance.
· Understand and review the trends within Process Safety Performance Indicators and drive continuous Improvement.
· Accountable for operational near misses, incidents and accidents.
· Responsible for ensuring that operational activities are coordinated with planned maintenance works to deliver all planned and breakdown maintenance safely.
· Responsible for ensuring Emergency Response, First Aid and Evacuation in accordance with Client policies.
· Responsible for achieving product specifications and operating parameters.
· Excellent knowledge and understanding of equipment / plant operation.
· Responsible for stabilizing Plant operations and controlling all process upset conditions.
