Looking for IT Specialist or IT Support Candidate with 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Able to handle any issues with the system
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Data entry and pricing barcoding
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
