- Prepare sales report, Assembly and Disassembly Reports for all franchisees on monthly basis and submit it to the Manager, Heavy Equipment Sales for approval.
- Monitor stock position and update stock details on the system.
- Check documentation for tender, vehicle registration prepared by Sales Administrator team for accuracy.
- Prepare documents for Letter of Credit and submit to Manager Heavy Equipment Sales or authorized signatory for approval.
- Advise credit customers on credit documentation and coordinate credit approval process.
- Negotiate terms with shipping agents, submit relevant documents to the customs, follow up with logistics department for release of vehicles and arrange delivery of vehicles to the locations.
- Ensure registration of vehicles at traffic department before delivery.
- Place product order in Principal (Toyota, Bobcat, etc.)�s system and monitor status of order.
- Check Goods Received Note (GRN) received from the delivery center, check vehicle for damages and coordinate with Insurance for claims.
- Prepare documentation for international customers as per required terms and conditions.
- Update cost sheet forwarded by Finance Department on the system.
- Review quotations, conduct negotiations with customers and offer discount upon prior approval from Manager Heavy Equipment Sales.
- Conduct negotiation with the suppliers to get best price as per customer�s requirements.
