DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage communications plan for both internal and external platforms (j’s app, website, instagram, j’s cub ,j’s summer camp etc).
- Develop relevant content to reach the prospective parents.
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels and their design, share engaging content daily (e.g. text, photos, videos) and ensure that all content is relevant, accurate, and effective.
- Work alongside the content /graphic design team to create and maintain an editorial calendar and content.
- Media monitoring and source relevant content from key influencers, stakeholders, industry partners and subject matter experts.
- Actively monitor and ensure that a response is made to all questions that are posted on our social media channels.
- Building cordial relationships with members of the media, bloggers send greeting for occasions
- Arrange meetings and create an action plan for responding to enquiries on J’s
- Coordinate with graphic design and admission team to plan and develop the social media roadmap, planning posts etc.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media and applications.
- Review analytics/reports and provide recommendations to direct manager for increased impact and efficiency.
- Perform other duties as identified by the direct manager.
- Responsible to review photos & quality delivered by photographers, provide feedback, ensure deadlines are met and work progress of photographers.
- Manage external videographers/photographers and create eye catching clips/ story lines to increase awareness of J’s for advertisements and to increase parent engagement.
- Managing the J’s customer service survey and feedback process.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Media or Marketing
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
