  • Develop strategic objectives and KPIs for the Service Department and ensure that the department’s employees are working towards the achievement of these objectives.
  • Review the operating results of the Service Department and follow-up to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct insufficient results.
  • Develop the Service Department’s annual budget and ensure all service centre employees are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities.
  • Develop and ensure implementation of the Service Department’s policies and procedures in order to achieve the Division’s objectives.
  • Manage the daily operations of Service Center to ensure customer needs are met in addition to managing all service center activities, services, inventory and repairs of all medical equipment are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Analyze current procedures and activities to identify and present opportunities for improvement of the Service Center
  • Evaluate the impact of work delays, interruptions or changes in plans to develop appropriate course of actions.
  • Oversee the adherence to the safety standards by maintaining a safe and clean working environment following Company’s safety policies and procedures.
  • Create & maintain a register of all workshop equipment to manage the timely calibration and maintenance of all s equipment.
  • Ensure the upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment utilized in and around the workshop.
  • Manage the inventory of the Service Center to ensure adequate supply and availability of all required spare parts.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of new products trainings, and provide day-to-day mentoring of workshop staff and Service Center employees to improve technical knowledge and job performance.
  • Oversee the delivery of Company’s customers with exceptional service to maintain profitable business relations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards for all customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments regarding customer enquiries ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive record of all customers’ transactions and investigate customers’ complaints and requests.
  •  Follow up on all customer complaint incidents and ensure the effective investigation of complaints for effective and timely resolution.
  • Oversee the preparation and completion of job cards with all the required details and in line with Company’s standards.
  • Oversee the coordination with technicians, other engineers and suppliers to facilitate timely and smooth installation of all products, resolve complex issues, and provide training when required.
  • Conduct and manage periodic inspections of relevant equipment, diagnose faults, and repair the same at different required work sites.
