Path Solutions is looking to hire a Senior ICT Consultant for its office in Shuwaikh , Kuwait.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Handle ICT helpdesk support tasks
- Following our standard installation and configuration practices, install and configure:
- Operating systems (MS Windows and Linux), patches, tools and utilities
- Oracle, MSSQL, and SAP ASE databases
- Application servers.
- R&D: explore new technologies and trends in the database field
- Events log monitoring
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and other escalated service requests
- Ensure that the applicable ICT policies and procedures are maintained through controls and checks
