•The staff nurse is primarily responsible for professional performance and safe patient care.
•Nursing coordination of care for patients involving families.
•Provide patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process.
•Complete documentation of procedures carried out to be recorded in the patient’s notes and clinic records as required.
•Evaluate the care given, follow up reports and attach to patient’s hard file as well as file on the computer system.
•Ensures patient privacy.
•Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and clinic's information.
•Recognize subtle cues to anticipate potential problems.
•Document all relevant data in the medical record according to clinic standards.
•Ensure availability and maintenance of supplies and equipment needed for the unit and patient care.
•Keep all equipment ready for use.
•Follow Preventive Maintenance or unit equipment.
•Demonstrate required assessment and therapeutic skills.
•Provide basic life support when needed.
Complete all given tasks asked by the clinic's manager or doctor.
