- Identifies market expectations (expressed or not) through systematic and local market surveys
- Benchmarks product & service offer with competition and underlines Unique Selling Propositions
- Translate customer needs into innovative and unique product offering and services
- Work with departments in developing plans to increase revenue through product improvement by analyzing customer feedback collected
- Maintains product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes
- Determine and segments priority targets to be followed by sales in countries of business presence
- Assist in the launching of new products and helping different departments with expertise knowledge
- Defines training action plans for the product segment being handled
- Defines product marketing communication objectives and collaborates to generate impactful communication tools
- Develop expertise on insulation requirement in key segments
- Responsible for seamless usage of the CRM system in the function
